This website is a work in progress. We've done our best to ensure our site is error-free, and displays correctly in all targeted web browsers and operating systems. Website Requirements

We have designed our website to be fast, accessible, simple to navigate, and easy to read. To accomplish these goals, we use XHTML for organizing our content, CSS to handle design and layout, and Macromedia Flash for interactive page elements and navigation. While most modern browsers support these current web standards, older browsers will display the raw content improperly. That's where it can get ugly.
